Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds, less administration fee of $50 accepted for cancellations received prior to 21 days before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing and received at registration offices prior to 21-day deadline. Delegates who cancel fewer than 21 days prior to the event, or who don’t attend, are liable for full course fee. No refunds are given, but substitutions are accepted through the day prior to the conference. You may mail in your registration with a check to:
